After a year of heavy promoting and campaigning, the Hip-Hop Duo, TNT FAMILLE will be celebrating the premiere of the new video for their single “Mental”. TNT FAMILLE in conjunction with U3 Entertainment will host the event at the BLU Cantina on Peters Street in Atlanta, G.A. on December 13, 2013. You are invited to come out for a night of networking and conversation while enjoying $4 Cuervo Tequila shots. Doors will open at 6p.m., early arrival strongly suggested.
The groups single, “Mental”, was released as a solo project by Dynamite from the groups 1st EP, “The Foundation: Evolve” set to be released in early 2014. Despite the racy content and explicit lyrics, the track sets the tone for the groups mastery of wordplay and analogies. Under the direction of Antwanette McLaughlin, Creative Director of The Spice Group the artist vision was able to be cultivated into a production that gives life to the lyrics. The idea was to give the audience the artist depiction of mind sex and mental stimulation. Hence the title “MENTAL”
ABOUT THE ARTIST
TNT FAMILLE is a Hip Hop duo formed by two brothers, Eugene Timmons Jr. A.K.A. Dynamite and Devonne Timmons A.K.A. Bones. Born and raised in Atlanta, GA, the pair got their first taste of music at an early age. The two were members of the school band, and also played instruments for their church as well as performed. During this time they had developed more than a love for music but a passion. In their quest for developing their abilities as musicians, they went from student musical directors and drum majors at Banneker High School, to attending HBCU‘s. Now the pair is drumming to a different tune, from 808’s to singing melodies. With a wide and vivid musical background, TNT FAMILLE learned and perfected the art of musical creation. Their mastery of different instruments and their collaborative creativity when it comes to the elements of this art form, set them apart from many up and coming Hip Hop acts today. Currently the brothers are working on promoting their collaborative projects as well as solo projects that highlight their individual talents. With the release of singles from “The Foundation” project, TNT FAMILLEgives their fans a taste of what’s to come.

Osborne is currently in the studio finishing his third EP, which is set to include a collaboration with Bay Area emcee Mistah F.A.B., amongst others.
Tully Banta-Cain Releases New Track “Creep” From Upcoming “Darkness” EP
Tully Banta-Cain has released the brand new track “Creep” from his upcoming new ‘Darkness’ Ep online here. The track is the first leak from Banta-Cain, who is currently performing select shows in support of the album and is expected to drop his DJ Drama-hosted mixtape, “The Truth Hurts“, before the end of the year.
Tully has been grinding in the studio creating some infectious rhymes and is now offering fans a front row seat to look inside the mind, body and soul of Tully Banta-Cain via his new 5-track EP, “Darkness”. Taking his experiences in life, love, faith and family, Tully funnels it all a no-holds-barred audio experience that connects with the listener on an emotional level. “Darknesss” is an audio form of therapy that colors outside the lines of any genre-specific formula.

“At age 27, Portland MC Tope has become an old hand in the Portland, Or hip-hop scene. His career stretches back almost a decade, but this year, he seems to be hitting his stride. His new EP, Trouble Man, is a heartfelt snapshot of where he’s at now, musically and emotionally.
Lyrically, the record is steeped in nostalgia. Tope has always been somewhat of a romantic, crafting love songs that walk the line between sincerity and smooth talk. He spits pick-up lines at girls in coffee shops on “Church Girls” and bickers with his girlfriend for smoking his weed on “Stuck.” Elsewhere, he takes a more serious tone, addressing the death of his grandfather and mother as well as his rocky relationship with his father on “About You” and “Birthday Song,” respectively. His personal insights are brief and to the point, but they’re refreshing on an album that is mostly devoted to life’s good times. But the most captivating aspect of Trouble Man is the production. Tope really has come into his own as a beatmaker, chopping samples so they coo and hum at just the right moments. “Start” blends chopped guitar lines, sped-up vocals and splashy drums to create a breezy tune built for the sound system of a vintage car. He gets smoother on “Take Your Time,” which samples Erykah Badu and features live instrumentation from trumpeter Farnell Newton. He even wanders into pop territory, turning Cheryl Lynn’s “Got to Be Real” into a party jam on “Family Affair.” Trouble Man is a display of Tope’s versatility, not just behind the mic, but behind the boards as well.”

The High Hopes Band release their self-titled EP on July 23rd 2013 through Radiodirectx.com. The High Hopes Band have spent the last two years touring the Northeast as well as the U.S. Virgin Islands. High Hopes Band EP release holds true to their claimed influence of 70’s reggae.
The EP drives forward with the excellent songwriting and catchy rootical hooks. The EP features a diverse spectrum of Reggae sounds, from the pining of Sebastian Franks‘ “Sucka” and “Brown Rice” to the laid back R&B influenced feel of, “So Good”.
NY Social Status has said “Based on sheer music production alone, the members of High Hopes Band are definitely operating on the same frequency, and it’s such a pleasant one. Check them out. Or don’t. You can explain that mistake to your eardrums later.”

Regarding the EP project, Jason Dick, singer & guitarist states, “It’s been about the relationships with people and really understanding that music is a whole other realm,” he explains. “Being in music is like being in another realm itself.
